白い大理石と命の象徴となるミルクでつくられたヴォルフガング・ライプの作品「ミルクストーン」。有田焼の特徴である「白磁」の名工・奥川俊右ェ門の手から生まれる作品のきめ細やかな手触りと透明感。両者の作品は、生命の根源や純粋かつ繊細な生命感、そして瞑想的なる深淵を観る者に感じさせます。本展覧会を是非ご高覧ください。

kenakian is pleased to present works by Wolfgang Reip and Shunemon Okugawa. “Milkstone” by Wolfgang Laib is made from white marble and milk, a symbol of life. The works by Okugawa Shun’emon, a master craftsman of the characteristic ‘white porcelain’ of Arita porcelain, are finely textured and transparent. Their works evoke for the audience the roots of life, pure and delicate vitality and meditative abysses. We invite you to visit this exhibition.
